Acceptance
By using agentio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Description of service
agentio is an open source CLI that lets you interact with third-party services (email, chat, issue trackers, etc.) through their official APIs. The software is provided free of charge under the MIT license.
Permitted use
You may use agentio to:
- Read and act on content in accounts you control.
- Send messages, post content, and update records on your behalf.
- Automate workflows for personal or business use.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use agentio to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the rights of others.
- Distribute malware or malicious content.
- Exceed any service provider's API usage limits or violate their terms of service.
Account authorization
agentio requires you to authorize access to each service. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device and credentials.
- All activity that occurs through your authorized accounts.
- Revoking access if you suspect unauthorized use.
Disclaimer of warranties
agentio is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
Third-party services
agentio integrates with third-party APIs. Your use is also subject to those providers' terms — including Google's Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy when using Google services.
License
agentio is MIT-licensed. See the LICENSE in the repository.
Termination
You may stop using agentio at any time by deleting ~/.config/agentio/ and revoking authorizations at each service provider.
